I aim to create a dazzling visual experience. Color and composition are most important. But the subject matter is always significant. Ripe fruits and rainbow-colored corn, hot peppers of all kinds and nostalgic fairytale pumpkins serve well as vehicles for expressing a love for art as well as for food. I strive to portray my subjects as bright, luscious and ripe— invigorating the viewer, giving them a hunger for life.
